The Form 3 is for stating ownership - the stock now belongs to the person filing - it is very easy to understand.

You don't file a Form 3 unless you have ownership and the person can do anything they want with the stock.

Unbelievable - please show me in the Form 3 where it states the person can't sell the stock or do whatever they want with it.

It seems most didn't understand the Form 3.
