it's certainly illiquid .. ;)

that *happens* when YOY YTD *volume* decreases significantly
in relation to relentless PPS compression .. regardless it doesn't
change NRs' inability to significantly part *shares* out of actual
P2O investors ..

as noted earlier this month .. that may change depending on what mgmt files next .. or not ..
