With this low of an outstanding share structure, it is not uncommon for OTC stocks to reach $10, $20, or $30 million market caps....

Depending on the updates the new company puts out after the last quarterly comes out an the attorney letter this could easily go to $0.10

At $0.10 with this share structure it is only a $3.1 million cap. That is minuscule in comparison to some OTC's that have zero assets or revenues.
