It seems really improbable and probably not possible that "no votes" were cast against board members.

Just checked, 2015 and 2016 zero no votes either. So no one has voted against a single director in three years. Apparently they count no's as abstentions. So just consider the abstain column to be the no's. Never have seen that before.
