Nothing to lose sleep over. Just seems like one of those things that would be incredibly easy to comply with, if this company had a desire to do so. Same goes for issuing reports with unsubstantiated tonnage and grade figures. Any SEC-registered "mining" company knows better....but apparently not these guys.

Wouldn't you want your company to do things the right/legal way? Especially if it is incredibly easy to do so? They seem to make bad choices.
