Four weeks? That's nothing. Deals take a very long time to sort out all the minor details, and better to spend the time upfront getting things straightened out so you don't end up spending time and money litigating a dispute later on.

I'd imagine it'll take upwards of six months, maybe longer, before the Bahrain deal is finalized. We probably won't see a third Giggles location up and running until 1Q 2019. No big deal...
