There are two groups of shareholders the old timers like me who have much higher basis there were only 280 million OS back then. Would assume there aren't many of those folks here years later.

Second group are the OS from 280 million to 1.54 billion or whatever it is. The cost basis of those folks is much lower.

There was the filing at one time that 800 million were returned to treasury but the TA doesn't see that. Done during the pump and dump scheme(s) here.

So I may be wrong but from memory this stock hasn't traded above .0034 like it did recently since the KING oil company days.

So most of the shares have a low basis.

For some reason they aren't being transparent with the share count?
