We should hear something in July. List of Officers is due 7/31/2017. I think we will see a R/M before then. I emailed the company on the website and got following response:

Thanks for contacting us. It is a naming coincidence, we have nothing to do with this one ( at least for now) :)

This tells me that they are in the process of a R/M. She obviously wouldn't be able to disclose that to me, but the way she ended the reply saying (at least for now) with a smiley face basically is telling me YES.

This will easily go to pennies once the R/M is announced. This stock is one of the thinnest I have seen in a long time!
