Who sold 200,000 shares at the end of today, in yet another T-trade? Somebody's making bank, and has been all year.

Yes, they are. By not reporting his trades as required by law, the CEO of the Company is committing a crime.

The reporting requirements for insiders are extremely basic and easy to understand. And very easy to comply with. So why is he hiding his trades and breaking the law? And if he is breaking the law on such a simple matter, what other securities laws is the CEO also breaking?

Both experienced individual investors and all institutions know the law. And when they see the CEO breaking the law on the trade reporting, they are certain to give this stock a pass. So the CEO's failure to comply with the law really does hurt shareholders.

And the shareholders of MXSG should really tell him that and get him to start following the law correctly as it does negatively affect their investment.
