Say there was an entity, that has several cable channels and various web sites, that provably has as an agenda, and has taken actions to bring down the United States of America by broadcasting lies about what the the President or those in or close to his administration have done, or are doing, what could the FCC do?
Then let's ask the DOJ what crimes have the employees of CNN committed.
