It's very possible that they purchase a private company, one that doesn't trade at all. Either way, it doesn't matter, a million shares a $1.00 is the same as 10,000,000 at .10.........once the acquisition is complete and the NOLs are realized, we'll be trading on a different market entirely.

Doesn't matter what you call it. If PIOE has a market cap of about $22.5M (about $.50/share) and company X (target) has a market cap of say $100M, PIOE is going to have to give shareholders of X roughly 4.5 shares of PIOE for each share of X.

Am I missing something here?? Of course this becomes more attractive (from PIOE shareholders POV) as the price of PIOE increases. Maybe this is what PIOE management is waiting for??
