With fidelity it shows activity on your history tab as "increase collateral" if they borrowed or "decrease collateral" if they returned stock. On the "balances" tab, if you right click on the $ amount on the "On Loan" it will open a window that shows the details. I check everyday to see if certain stocks are added or deleted. Since the recent Bio run most of my stock was returned except for ADSX.
