Turned out loading some at the low 3's wasn't a bad idea after all.
IMO, the RMAT hype was well overdone. Their decision to stop active pursuit doesn't inherently disqualify them from future endeavors.
As I understood, it was a financial decision for them. It's nice because in the end, money > government.
Some people sold during the fear, and I can understand that. I'd also understand if it cooled off at these levels and then made a move back up.
