I did read the news of the reverse split issue and it was only a temporary promise that R/S was not a part of the ACI transaction, but it looks like reverse split is on the table now that the ACI thingy is complete.
The common stock of PURA will remain traded on the OTC Markets with no forward or reverse split taking place in conjunction with the ACI transaction.
