Ok..so all steps were executed exactly as outlined in the CC.

So the larger exosome POC was executed and partnering discussions executed.


Is this too far a statement

Well I'm not comfortable saying "...all steps were executed exactly as outlined in the CC." I would say in process rather than executed exactly and again that is only my understanding of what was stated and what I believe is going on.
