The sweet thing about institutions, hedges & Billionaires is that it's basically built in support! They're all in this for the long haul. They all expect huge returns. That's why people love to see intuitional ownership on an OTC play. That's why they blow UP!!!

The fact that there are billionaires invested in this stock does not prove that TMPS is not a Pump and Dump. It only proves that they think they can flip this thing around and ride it for the thrill.

Again, I'm not quite ready to give TMPS the P&D label just yet, but there have been so many scam companies run by billionaires (e.g. Bernie Madoff) that you can never be sure till you do your full DD. Remember, a pump and dump will do anything to make itself look legit. That's why the use of generalizations such as this one to justify buying high is a very dangerous play.
