I was talking about the green outside, definitely not hemp. Do you know the date of those pics though? Obviously it was warm enough that there's no snow on the ground.

My guess is as good as yours as to why they used the white plastic. Maybe that area is for budding and they needed to block the light. But why wouldn't there be a pr?
