So what you are saying, is that in order to file the annual company registration and pay the $30, it was necessary to shut down the email server, take down the website, and use all the company's manpower and not leave anyone to answer the phone or return calls?

We know that AISS was registered last year by Conversion and GA. We also know that companies must pay an annual registration fee. Please tell me how this is related, or a material event.
