What good is funding for a business when you can't sell the full scale amount of your product once it's built and running? BLDV offers connections.

If you don't know already... in a system run by capitalism ideals, it's all about who you know.

If AMS gets funded on its own what use does it have for BLDV besides some technology from Israel connections.

<-- There you hit on it and don't even realize it! People, think on this! AMS and 'others' aligned with BLDV had to have seen the books, intrinsic value of what BLDV is doing, and why would ELTRON agree to not only partner with BLDV/Cannabis Clean but have them move into the Eltron Lab!

Because THEY ARE SEEING something bigger! "intrinsic value"

BLDV is building a full spectrum MMJ company

BLDV has been named the Representative of Eltron for Israel and Canada and will be facilitating the licensing of the PAA technology in those countries.

Blue Diamond Ventures will also use the expertise of Eltron to help achieve the goal of bringing Targeted Cannabis Therapies from Israel to the USA and to Canada as part of the previously announced venture with AMS of Hanover, Canada.

"Eltron R&D provides the laboratory space, the chemists and the material scientists that complete the needs of our partners in Israel," says Josh Alper. "I will be back in Israel next week to finalize our first technology sharing agreements." BLDV will be moving their corporate headquarters into the Eltron space in Boulder in July 2017, joining Cannabis-Clean as part of the agreement.

These large entities wouldn't join BLDV unless they saw something BIG ...

Here's Why the BLDV Acquisition of AMS Importance...

The short answer will be...

They “are” in the funding equation, just not directly involved. Instead... they are indirectly involved in the funding equation.

The reason why AMS will let BLDV acquire them as a wholly owned subsidiary is for a few huge reasons and because they believe in both themselves and BLDV. Let me further explain this in a greater detail.
(I'll save the biggest reason for last.)

First...
Like what Josh mentioned within that BLDV conference call, BLDV is the one who introduced AMS to a third party that is giving AMS the $12 million in funding so that AMS can complete its build out of their marijuana cultivation project to get them to the completion of Step 7 to obtain their marijuana license from Health Canada.

Second...
With what BLDV have going on over in Israel, it can be much bigger than the AMS project alone. AMS is aware of this and because of this existing relationship that they have with BLDV, there is more reason to become a wholly owned subsidiary of BLDV because they will be the BLDV arm that connects Canada to Israel.

Third...
The valuation of what they believe will be for believing in the value of themselves is why they would come into BLDV as a wholly owned subsidiary. Josh stated within the conference call that they were going to use restricted shares to acquire AMS as a wholly owned subsidiary. What this means is that this now positions AMS to have potential for some huge amounts of cash and growth that would never had existed otherwise.

Example: Let's say that BLDV will grow into the minimum valuation that I had explained below of .56 per share within the post below:
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=131699192

Consider if AMS was given 50 Million or 100 Million or 150 Million or 200 Million restricted shares for coming in under BLDV. Now consider below for what they would own in additional value that would not have existed otherwise:

50,000,000 Restricted Shares x .56 = $28,000,000 Value of BLDV Shares to AMS
100,000,000 Restricted Shares x .56 = $56,000,000 Value of BLDV Shares to AMS
150,000,000 Restricted Shares x .56 = $84,000,000 Value of BLDV Shares to AMS
200,000,000 Restricted Shares x .56 = $112,000,000 Value of BLDV Shares to AMS
