What are you talking about? This is an IPO spin-off and though I don't know the details yet, imagine what 100 million shares offered at just $0.10 per share could do for the value of vgid. First, it might just send us to over a penny but then also it would almost certainly value our Hollywood dividend shares equal with the current value of our vgid shares if we get 1 for 10 again:)
Wow, speculating is fun isn't. Now, I have no real idea how this is going to play out but I see plenty of reasons to be excited about the Hollywood Haircutter spin-off especially considering the successful spin-off of Fernhill, but, I see only one reason to be so negative and down on this spinnoff even before the details are released. It is clear Buzzy is trying to build shareholder value but; what is your motive here?
