With assets alone this stock is worth over 3 cents. However with the CE on people doubt those assets. Once the CE is removed that doubt will be removed for the most part. That is the large factor in the CE removal

Don't agree. A lot of the stocks that had CE removed weren't in play. CE comes off PGPM will be over .01 within hours. IMO.
