If I had to guess...
1. The share structure isnt extremely attractive.
2. They are planning a reverse split for early 2018.
3. Debt. As we see today. The note holders are eager to get their money.

Honestly I think ill wait for the reverse split before doing anything long term here. I have a feeling the note holders will do massive dumping right after.
