It didn't mention a CEO being caught in numerous lies - or the CEO increasing the A/S by 70% and not informing shareholders...

How about the CEO writing off $715,000 in bad inventory and not providing any details in the Notes in the financials...

Or the company generating only $25,000 in revenue last quarter after being in business for 5 years.

The CEO recording over $1 million in losses just for the last quarter again without explanation.

These are cold hard facts that can't be debated.

And don't forget the thousands of posts about BMXC being debt free - then the CEO gets another $384,000 in toxic debt...
