Exactly. Empirical research published in a peer reviewed scientific journal CAN only happen after the intellectual property is protected. That's why OWCP needs its investors to think that the intellectual property will be protected, hence the colorfully twisted language in the 8-K, meant to pump up the unsuspecting investors.

Here's what it said in the 8-K: "The added protection that this patent application should provide for OWC's intellectual property will enable OWC to accelerate its ongoing discussions and negotiations..."

Here's what I would have liked to have read: "The added protection that this patent application provides for OWC's intellectual property will enable OWC to accelerate its ongoing discussions and negotiations..."

It is unfortunate that such a sleazy subtlty in the 8-K caused OWCP to hit .85 yesterday morning only for the insiders to dump on innocent new investors today.
