***That share structure screw up was a complete disaster and came at a terrible point in the process. If I was working this case at the OTC, I would have serious concerns.
But...BUT...if, IF, IF...PGPM can get audited fins, proven assets, etc., I'm certain the OTC has no choice but to remove, or PGPM could pursue legal action.
Bottom line, is PGPM blew it. Simple as that. Which is why they now have to go the audited fins route. That being said, it's a 1 step back and probably 5 steps forward if that actually gets completed. Audited fins open many doors and that's why I'm holding my shares in a dirty, smelly sock right now lol.
