The main draw from those areas mentioned comprise a lot of travelers and many transit to NYC area for work everyday. They will be well served. I would imagine Stewart will get a fair number of flyers coming out of NYC metro area especially if the routes served are direct. Remember many eastern European destinations are underserved and this niche is ripe for exploiting and getting to those places direct without other layovers is appealing.

As Stewart becomes more well known, and USGA too, the number of passengers will climb over time. As well ther are lots of travelers living outside of the prime area who would rather avoid JFK/LGA if possible and many will make the run to Stewart even for those who could get to JFK/LGA quicker.
