Unfortunately, as I mentioned the actual risk of suspension on any given scam stock is very low on any given day. But when they get clipped...it's done pretty much for evermore.
Now...having said that...there are a few examples of stocks that got suspended for promotional activity and manipulation the company had no part in. They have a little better chance of returning to quoted trading, but the road is still long and bumpy to do so.
