That isn't accurate that is just another excuse to defend MMEX/Hanks by saying the real estate laws have changed in Texas and closings take longer - that is complete nonsense.

Please be specific about what real Estate laws that have changed to slow the closing process.

Around 06/14/2017 Hanks stated the land closing would be in 7 to 10 days.

It is 14 days and not a word about the closing.

The land closing has been going on since February.

"Since the purchase sale agreement for the Pecos County Refinery land site was executed in February 2017."

Where is the funding for the land purchase?
