Looks like a plan to me.
Needs to go up gradually. The ask bid spread was too wide.
Gradual thin spreads do the trick.
Big money needs to slap ASK through the day and build bids and get this share price moving back toward a dime.
OMVS moves via MAGIC. It needs no introduction or news to move it.
