Yeah I am sure Roche has access to a public trading shell and won't use it at all.

That makes more sense.

Wrong there.

"read" the links.

No one know what the suddenly active RVUE LLC amendment was.

ruve LLC is NOT what you own. what you own, what your shares are registered to no longer exists. It officially died last week. It did NOT convert to rvue LLC. check with the SEC

Let's break it down by each sentence...

True: "RVUE LLC is NOT what you own."

FALSE: "what you own, what your shares are registered to no longer exists. It officially died last week."

True: "It did NOT convert to rvue LLC. check with the SEC"

RVUE LLC was updated (on the Nevada SOS) the day after RVUE announced that Robert Roche was the highest bidder at the auction. Everyone who's done any DD knows this is a separate non-public entity and not what we own. Based on the timing of the two events (PR and Nevada SOS update), the speculation is that RVUE LLC will be used to house the assets Roche purchased in the auction last week.

Moving the auctioned off assets out of the public entity, RVUE Holdings Inc, leaves the very clean RVUE publically trading shell which carries with it a $15 Million NOL. It's important to note that Robert W. Roche (distinguished and verysuccessful businessman) is the majority shareholder of this still publically trading shell. Roche owns most of the shares, I own a few.

The speculation is that Robert W. Roche (Founder and Executive Chairman of Acorn International Inc - ATV - a NYSE company, Founder of Roche Enterprises Ltd, Founder and Chairman of Oak Lawn Marketing Inc, Chairman of the board of Catchet Hotel Group, successful businessman and philanthropist) will leverage his majority ownership interest in the very clean RVUE shell to bring one or more of his privately held companies public in order to expand his business empire and increase his net worth. I don't believe he will squander this opportunity.

Robert W Roche is a majorly shareholder in the RVUE shell. I am a very small minority shareholder in the RVUE shell. As common shareholders in RVUE, our interests are aligned and I'm quite ok with that.

I'll just leave this here....

Do you know who Benjamin D Johnson is?

http://www.rocheenterprises.com/hg-kauai-joint-venture-llc

Maybe I will be owning this soon...Maybe I already do.

My low end ballpark for this is about $600M
