Yes, PPHM Management has done one hell of a job with their "plan" to avoid the RS. The PPS closed $0.76/Share after the last CC where they supposedly had a plan. Today the PPS closed at around $0.55/Share.
I am amazed all of the time at what a complete failure management has been and yet there are some who believe everything they say.
All that is left now is the REVERSE SPLIT ratio. I still think it will be 1:5
