The stock is dead. It is a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Liquidation. There is going to be nothing left for common shareholders. NOTHING.

I see this in all similar bankruptcies. Common shareholders are dead last in line for assets. For common shareholders to get even a penny, all classes in front of them will have to receive 100% of what they are owed. 100%. And that is government (i.e., taxing authorities), then debtors, then creditors, then preferred shareholders.

RCPIQ is tens of millions of dollars short of making all the debtors and creditors whole. Which is why it is a Chapter 7 bankruptcy - there is no chance of reorganization and no chance of recovery for common shareholders.
