No need to go back that far. You just have to read the JV agreement in the lastest 10Q, ExxonMobil porject overview website link and warren's email posted around middle of June. If Exxon was mentioned in filing or any official pr already, we would not be having this conversation or share price would be this low. No one is misleading anyone here. Everyone here do know or should know the risk vs. reward here - a few ticks down or many ticks up.

Your friend is the one making outrageously ridiculous statements about homedepot and amazon being in PNG and working with DLCR. He/she also made numerous false statements about DLCR switching to Oil and that they are out of Gold mining. Neither is true. DLCR is only representing Purari Trust in any negotiation for a fee - 30% of all revenues in 3 years term. They still have valid gold mining license and plan to reusme this year as stated in the filing.
