Intiva USA / KDRH Valuation

The parent Invita, Inc consists of two subsidiary's (Intiva USA and Intiva Canada).

The Intiva USA sub bought the KDRH shell as we all know from the 6/26 filing

If you roll up the Intiva USA assets (only) into the KDRH shell, then I estimate Intiva USA to be worth $10 - $20, or $220 mil to $440 mil mkt cap. (22 mil OS)

The link below provides market caps for 57 OTC/BB marijuana companies in 2016 which I based my valuation upon. It's not scientific but merely a means of guesstimating what KDRH valuation might be.

4. Intiva Real Estate LLC (20 acre Farm Leased to United Cannabis Corp (OTC: CNAB) on a crop-share basis. CNAB has a $48 mil mkt cap) - $20 mil-$45 mil

5. Intiva USA (Holding Company - no value attached)

6. Intiva Acres (6 acres of the remaining 60 acres have been developed by Intiva to grow industrial hemp & produce and sell a line of CBD infused creams, soaps and lotions. Future plans include constructing greenhouses on the property for year-round production - $50 mil-$120 mil)

7. A 2014 investment in OWCP @ .09 (they sold half in 2015; 661k shs remain @ .70 = .5 mil

What could drive the KDRH stock valuation in the near term are UPDATES & filings from the company. One very important UPDATE is to learn more about their upcoming meeting with the FDA which should occur soon according to their website. If all goes well for KDRH, we can expect expedited FDA Fast Track approval under the agency’s Orphan Drug Designation program.

Plus, we have pro-active management (Greenberg & Friedland) who keep investors up to date on twitter and the company website, as well as, a small 2.7 mil share float which was confirmed by the company in the 6/26 filing.

** As bonedaddy said earlier ... "This could be huge" . Even at the low end of my valuation ($10.00). KDRH has LOTS OF ROOM TO RUN.
