#32539 RE: mycherio #32534

I know the run you are talking about Cherio. I rode one here last year.

Not just for a few hours.

But a few weeks into months!!

IMHO the next one IS coming. When? NO FREAKING CLUE. but i believe it will only happen when all involved let it happen. MM'S, Flippers, Christian, and the overall market of course.

They key here, for me at least, is the volume. Currently There are no buyers and only a small select few that are selling for what ever reason. But Cherio, never forget that the downward pressure, stagnation, and debilitating PPS has been on small volume. Other than a few big dumps and the notes we think were taken out, Tar is right, this is pretty civil liquidation. Long winded but civil. Was it done the way i/ we want? no. But we aren't in control.

IMHO When the Volume comes back (i.e 10mill-20mill+) this WILL take off the way it is supposed. (notice i said when and not IF) If you didn't believe in this notion... you wouldn't be here... right?

The crazy guy that posted that MASSIVE VOLUME would come yesterday is right about the volume... he was just wrong about the day.

I mean there are TOO MANY Positives here to even list...

Revenue increasing
Gross profit Margin increasing
Opexpenses decreasing
net loss approaching zero mark and projected to be positive by the end of the operational year...

and that is just observations and projections from Quarter to Quarter numbers reported here!!

http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/SGBY/financials#

Throw in the 8ks describing the new Pesticide equipment, savings on gas expenses, and potential revenue from RENTING OUT THE PESTICIDE EQUIPMENT, and from this point forward the numbers and figures on the OTC page's table will only get better..

imho this dd, i.e. the hard numbers, alone should be enough to prove that SGBY is doing what it says it is, and is on the verge of not only being a profitable business but the ONLY PROFITABLE NATIONAL ( i love saying that now) PUBLICLY TRADED CANNABIS TESTING LABORATORY in the U.S.!!

Now lets throw in WW's most recent trip. Mendocino County... New York...Massachusetts... ?Michigan?... We know what Mass. was all about but what of the other three? Isn't there a saying that says buy on the rumor and sell on the news?? well i have three rumors for you... start buying!!

Before peeps try to reign me in and say "well its how the company is evaluated that keeps it down" "its fair market value isn't above x" or "traders won't touch this cuz of the fully diluted OS" etc... I SAY POPPY COCK!!! First off, I know what it is fully diluted... and we are a ways from it. (.0068).

Second, You really think EVERYONE evaluates and analyzes OTC Weed companies this way? OTC Weed companies need perfect balance/income sheets to go up? only Companies that don't dilute go up?

give me a break.

Most report crazy a$$ revenue this, new deal that, check out these market predictions that effect our company etc... and then when Q comes we see that all that revenue WENT AWAY WITH EXPENSES... cough cough Terror Tech...

look i get that OS is key to market value, but all i'm saying is that new peeps are not buying SGBY because of Dilution,OS, Financials,or because the fair market value assigned by random dudes on IHub, they are not buying because they don't know that SGBY is out there available to buy. Part of this is the dam ticker SGBY isn't catchy, and doesn't scream WEED. the other part is that the company has laxed on the exposure campaign. Remember when Signal Bay was in Dope Magazine? I do. Local T.V spots are cool and all but we need to be ringing the Market bell!

rant over. All was my opinion. Thanks cherio for providing the platform for the vent. :) your alright you know? just a little wacky and just as inpatient as me, but ok. Could you tone down the frustrated negative posting though? We all know you believe SGBY is your portfolio's diamond in the rough... but noobs will not.
