Also, keep in mind that this is a serious plan of execution. Between the S1 filing - and accompanying legal and accounting fees, as well as the opening of the GCC Superstore, the cost to UNGS has probably exceeded $100,000.00
The big share sale at the beginning of the year was probably necessary to raise this kind of capital. Hopefully, the financials will clear this question up once and for all. I agree with everyone about the plan to create spin out companies. All of the legal and accounting fees to be paid out of income, etc. These are not cheap or easy endeavors. Go UNGS !!!

Doc Anderson's True Passion. Wayne has not only came thru for us. but he's batting 3 for 3 this year and UNGS already had a nice run to Triple 3's Early this year. all though things did not happen as fast as expected many lost confidence hence the re-tracement. As of last week the sentiment has changed again. Now that Doc has finally showed progress, After Many said Doc would not accomplish a thing.

I sold nearly 100 million shares of UNGS 2's and nearly 20 million shares of UNGS 3's and Now ride about 150 million Ungs shares for free and 288,795 free GRCC Dividends
Looks like the many that said we would not run again was wrong and we did have another run again and it want be the Last.
The 3's where short lived at the end of January, But the 2's lasted from 12-28-16 to 2-6-17.
I sold 2's on 12-28, 12-29, 12-30, 1-3, 1-9, 1-10, 1-17, 1-18, 1-19, 1-20, 1-23, 1-24, 1-25, 1-26, 1-27, 1-30, 2-1, 2-2, 2-3 and 2-6
It would take many pages to list all my 2's and 3's
My point is any trader or group that bought the bottom, Could have easily sold for a double this year
and at the end of January for a triple and some of us did.
