Thanks, Geo. A very transparent email that establishes the acknowledgement the reverse is a done deal and now Tustin will try to minimize any potential blowback of legal risk. They never had a credible plan. Now we go through the cycles of grieving.

So it was more than the posters. The RS split has not happened, so it is not executed.

The only thing it did execute was the hearing.

The hearing was just an avenue to to talk to the NASDAQ. A plan was presented to NASDAQ.

What was "also" executed?

Not worried about it as what will be will be and my shares were bumped up to a nice easy division by 7 if/when it happens.

Time will tell how important the PS Targeting and Manipulation Patents are.
