There is no proof at all that UPZS has any investment in the Tap House. Unique is not in it's present name on social media, Facebook, etc. There is no record of them paying anything for the 16 months they spent renting a restaurant and opening the tap house. Some of us have been here since 2005, and watch the same stuff play out over and over. What did this close at yesterday after a T sale? .0013??? Mostly all sales! why the selling at this price???
