Good morning PMS... interesting stuff.

I obviously prefer the USA's traditional systems, especially in measurements. Proponents of metric drone on about it being base 10 and so easy to use, blah blah, blah.

However the traditional system of feet and inches has an elegance all its own. It's really digital in it's fundamental form as measurement are all derivations of powers of 2. The only improvement I would have liked is if a 'foot' would have been 16 inches instead of twelve... then everything would be in harmony. LOL, nerdy, I am.
