The CFO of Peregrine stated that a rs is not in the best interests of shareholders. That is indisputable. At this point, we have no evidence of any plan that would drive shareholder value by the effective date.

stoneroad, not interesting about it because you are mistaken.

From the beginning I justified why it is not perse a bad thing. I'dd prefer NO RS but the RS isn't my concern at all.

I still think the plan is NOT to have an RS. The question remains, for us shareholders in the dark, whether the plan will work or not.

See my post that says that the RS has to happen ....

Not sure how you came to the IMO erroneous conclusion of what I wrote.
