Thanks. It's Graham v them, btw (he's the plaintiff). I'm not sure why they refuse to provide him the opinion letter at this point***. Actually I think his own attorney should be able to provide it to him. The problem then would be getting the TA to remove the restriction....I don't know why THEY aren't a named Defendant. He should have been able to sell those shares a year after the sale in spite of Huffman's counsel that he couldn't.
