I am speaking of MS and not the ability given to someone to make silk consistantly in the wrong place on the planet.

Give MS worms to a skilled silk farmer and MS would be farmed just like all other silks. It would be sorted for quality and consistant product just like they have done for centuries.

Where you are confused is that Kim is not trying to make silk. Kim is attempting to introduce a new textile to the market which includes convincing a foreign country to allow him to bring a new GMO into their country and change a 3000 year old traditional industry.

That hasn't been done for 3000 years.
As a matter of fact it takes 3000 years to get the chance to do it.

So don't confuse Kim as a guy making silk. He is a guy trying to make a business.

You couldn't get there any faster than Kim or you would be able to point out a specific flaw that you would do differently.
