HKA Digital Limited abandoned their trademark protection.

Even if HKA still had registered trademark protection, a court, under common law, would likely side with "our" Hemp Inc's use of the name Hemp Inc, along with its words, phrases, logos, colors, and designs. That's because of the length and degree at which our Hemp Inc has used the relevant materials under the trademark.

Essentially, we've been using the name longer, and undoubtedly have the greater and better use, therefore a judge would award the TM to the real HEMP INC.

Interesting stuff tho. The TM is still available, Bruce... hint hint...
