The patents can only be protected by paid lawyers which is obviously a problem for BORK no $$$. The other problem is the cost to manufacture Kryron is too high so anyone that analizes the patent will realize that this patent and any possible manufacturing of it is going to cost more than what it can be sold for. Until technology is developed to bring the manufacturing process down Kryron in its current form cannot be mass produces cost effectively.
