I sent them this email back in February, but got no reply.

Just have one question. On the 2015 Annual report, it showed
that Lateno Foods Corp A. Pinheiro was involved with 200,000,000 restricted shares, but this didn't show up on the next 2 quarterlies. Was there a transfer when Raul Santos
took over, or are they still involved? Just wondering if there is a connection with your December 20th announcement regarding Latin American market vape store.
