You didn't ask it in question form, no question mark anywhere in there. If an O/S is maxed they'll R/S. The R/S was approved for on or before August 26th, 2017. Again if you're upset with not knowing this before you bought positions or because you see one red day so far then don't hate on the guys who see the upside to $ICLD.
