My belief is that institutions manipulate share price down when there is no immediate threat of news or when a sector is in trouble to shake out retail. By the time a company is successful the Big Boys want to own it all.
What I try to do with my charts is identify the time the tide turns and the Big Boys start to bring the price back up. I know the charts don't create price movement or even clearly predict it.
I think it's safe to say that something is definitely up with IMGN.
