I think it could be too late to acquire BRWC
outside of the pending Auction. I think there
will be about a 30 days notice before the Auction.

You will need to inform Coca Cola of the
Foreclosre Lawsuit, the size of BRWC's bottling
facility, and its water agreement with Alpine Springs.

Would a large Company like Coca Cola be
interested in BRWC if it could not own the Springs?
