SC, >> Philippines’ flagged container ship and a Navy destroyer <<

That incident sounds like just a foul up, but it does seem weird that this could happen with such a high tech ship. The idea that the ship's navigation system could have been 'hacked' sounds pretty ridiculous, next thing you know they'll say Putin and Trump did it.

There is one potential conspiracy angle though (long shot) since the tanker ship was from the Philippines, and the US is currently in the process of destabilizing that country in order to remove their new President (Duterte).

After being elected last year, Duterte said he wants to kick the US military out of the country and wants the Philippines to align with Russia/China. It didn't take long for the CIA to go to work to get rid of him, and sure enough 'ISIS' quickly showed up in the Philippines and the destabilization is underway. Like Al-Qaeda before it, ISIS can be thought of as a US sponsored mobile destabilization force that can be sent anywhere the US/West needs regime change.

SC, The TIS chart looks like it could be ready to start recovering. After the big drop in May, it has formed a bullish inverted head + shoulders and is looking poised to recover. The near term target is the 50 MA (15.85 and falling, so figure 15).

The company will have to show some signs that their business has stabilized in the next several quarters, but it looks like a high percentage bottom play imo. That said, if the next quarterly results/guidance disappoint, it might still need to test support at 10 (currently price is 13.2, down from the March/April highs of mid-high 20s).
