"As for what you posted earlier stating that the stock price doesn't matter to the CEO, my understanding from others is that he has repeatedly said that the company is not run based upon share price, not that the share price does not matter"

Apparently share price does matter when it come to finding funding.

There is no market or very limited domestically. With overnight shipping who cares if can sit on the shelf for years.

Domestic companies are trying to reduce costs not increase them. I'm sure packaging and prep is more expensive than traditional packaging.

The market if any is in 3rd world countries where shelf life of product matters.

The future is in the N Assay not plates. Plates may help pay some bills.

You realize that vacuum sealers have been around for many many years? Nanologix didn't invent anything beyond what's already been created. I can start a petri dish company, vacuum seal all the plates, and sell the product. There isn't anything nanologix can do. I guarantee it. I ordered computer parts in the mail a few months back. They all came vacuum sealed, as all computer parts are. The shelf life argument at least has fooled you.

3. Really? Which companies produce nothing, and have one or two products that can potentially be licensed?

You are kidding right, have you ever dealt with the pharmaceutical industry.

or have you Ever use delayed wiper blades, Robert Kearns.

4. PLUG is not relevant to this discussion, Wait a minute, you made the statement. "Incidentally, they're still in business so a loss with each sale isn't likely." Did you not? PLUG is a company which loss money with each sale for almost 20 years who is still in business.

"I'd estimate plastic petri plates for ten cents delivered, agar five cents, production labor & overhead ten cents,"

The problem with your argument is that none of it can be verified.
You estimate cost with no idea what the actual cost may or may not actually are.
For example the CEO told me he pays 25 cents for a petri plate.

Out of curiosity how many plates do you think they sell a month , a year?
